One of my favorite way to get the season’s taste is through my smoothie. Especially on pie season, I like to add pie flavors to my morning smoothie. If you never try anything like this then start with my Apple Pie oat smoothie (I have more recipe). Its a easy way to fulfill pie cravings without all those calories & sugars. It is a Vegan recipe. Also very nutritious & healthy. This smoothie is very fulfilling & it has no refined sugar.

As I say earlier that this smoothie is very fulfilling. It can be a great breakfast substitute or a breakfast on run. This apple pie smoothie has oats which is a slow released carb and Apple has a lot of fiber. Slow released carb and fiber helps to keep hunger under control for a longer period of time. I also use almond butter which is a source of good fat and have a lot of fiber too. This smoothie can be a good energy boosting post workout drink too.
