Some Fun Fact about Apple

  • Apple belongs to Rose family of plants! Now I know from where they get their beauty (lol).

          As I say earlier that this smoothie is very fulfilling. It can be a great breakfast substitute or a breakfast on run.  This apple pie smoothie has oats which is a slow released carb and Apple has a lot of fiber. Slow released carb and fiber helps to keep hunger under control for a longer period of time. I also use almond butter which is a source of good fat and have a lot of fiber too. This smoothie can be a good energy boosting post workout drink too.

Apple Pie oat smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Red Apple
  • 1/3 Cup Quick oat
  • 1 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Raw Ginger as your taste
  • Pink Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender jug. blend it until it reach to your desired smoothness.

    Done. You can enjoy with some ice or without ice.
