Here’s the ultimate Avocado crema that you can literally spread on anything, well not on sweets but on any savory food. This Avocado crema can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator for up to 4-6 days. That means it could be a quick way to make your weeknight meals delicious or a boring salad super tasty.
This is healthier than many other salad dressing. It does not have any oil or cream or any ingredients that you cannot pronounce quickly (lol).
Lets talk about this pasta salad with avocado sauce/Crema first.
I boiled some veggie pasta, cut cucumber & tomato in small cubes and chopped some curly parsley leaves. Put everything in a bowl. Add some avocado crema and give it a mix. Quick, fulfilling, healthy and delicious meal is ready. You don’t have to worry about any other dressing or anything to make it tasty.
Avocado Crema as Dip
To use this Avocado Crema as dip use less water or more avocado to give it a thick texture.
It taste so good with fresh veggie like carrot, celery, cucumber and with roasted veggies too like cauliflower, broccoli etc. And my favorite is to pair it with baked potatoes.
I also like this crema with boiled veggies. Yes I do eat boiled veggies some time to keep my stomach troubled free. For boiled veggies my first choice is green bean and followed by cauliflower and broccoli. And this Avocado Crema just save me from eating those lonely veggies (I don’t use salt or anything to boil, just water). Eating healthy became easy and tasty after I started making this creamy green goddess sauce.
