Dill-licious Cucumber Salad

  • 4 Cups Cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup Dill (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice (add less if its very tangy)
  • 1/4 Cup Apple cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • Sea Salt to your taste


  1. Mix everything in a bowl. Cover with a plastic wraps and let it chill in the fridge for couple of hours before serving.

Recipe Notes

Usually I add salt just before serving so it won't watery too much.
